Reservation Alias

The Reservation Alias is a name applied to a reservation that is different than the profile the reservation is booked under. The scenario that best explains how a reservation alias is different than the Profile name is: A user is booking a reservation, however users are not staying at the hotel therefore user must request the name on the reservation be under the person that is staying.

• By default, this feature is not enabled.

• Once enabled, the field is exposed in the booking modal under the Other tab as well as on reservations under the Summary panel.

• The Reservation Alias is displayed on the reservation search page and on the following reports: In House Guest List, Arrivals, Departures

To enable this feature, navigate to Settings à All Settings à Reservations, see a new link called Reservation Alias.
